Simply fill in the registration form on your registration page and you are all set. Make sure you use a valid email address to register, as you will need it if you lose your password.

After you sign up, you can set your profile picture, website, bio, and other account details from the account settings page.

If you lost your password, you can ask us to reset it using the password recovery page.

We will email you a password reset link and you'll regain control over your account in no time.

If you no longer have access to the email you used to create your account, use the contact form to get in touch and one member of our staff will guide you through a verification process, then you'll be granted access.

Our platform uses both artificial inteligence and moderators to analyze all aspects of user generated content such as uploads and their details ( title, decription, tags ), comments, user profiles and their details (profile picture, name, bio, links), etc. This is done in order to ensure our platform remain a safe place on the internet where users can share their visual content, recevie feedback and discover entertaining content submited by others in a friendly enviroment.

The following rules apply to all user submitted content such as visual content, titles, descriptions, comments, tags, and user profile details.

• No child endangerment

  Any content found to be sexualizing or exploiting minors or that can be described as a form of child endangerment will be immediately removed, the uploader will be permanently suspended and, if necessary, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. This applies all forms of user submitted content such as photos, videos, animated imagery, descriptions, comments, etc.

• No non-consensual content

  The distribution of photos or videos of another person, without that person's consent is a violation of that person’s privacy and is a severe violation of our rules. Any image or videos taken of or from someone without their obvious knowledge or consent that is uploaded on our platform will be removed and the uploader will be permanently suspended.

• No personally identifiable information

  This refers to any information that can be used to identify an individual no matter if it's something that can be described as a direct identifier, that, on its own, allows you to identify an individual ( such as names, email addresses including one’s name, fingerprints, facial photos, etc.), a strong indirect identifiers ( addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses not including one’s name, URL of personal pages), or an indirect identifiers (background information on people, such as age, location, gender and job title). Any content flagged as containing any form personally identifiable information will be removed and the uploader will be permanently suspended.

• No hate speech, abuse, or any other form of harassment.

  User generated content that can be described as containing attacks on people based on their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or medical condition, or content depicting or advocating discrimination of a group, as well as any form of endorsement of hateful content or ideologies, or content that attacks, bullies, or harrasses non-public people will be removed from out platform and appropriate actions will be taken against the uploader.

• No illegal or violent activity

  Any form of content depicting, condoning, or advocating any form of illegal activity or violence, as well as content that is intended to incite, or advocate for others to commit any form of violence, or mocks victims of violence, or includes any form of threat to others will not be tolerated.

• No shock content

  Any form of content posted with or without the direct intend to shock or disgust the viewers identified by our systems or moderators, or reported by viewers will be analysed and appropriate actions will be taken against it and it's author.

• No spam content or spam associated behaviour

  We will remove any user generated material containing unapproved commercial advertising, links to dubious websites and material that can be used to impersonate an entity in other mediums such as emails, website banners, etc. Actions will also be conducted against users that engage in a spam associated behaviour. The use of more accounts as a way of avoiding suspensions is also prohibited.

Our system will analise all aspects of user generated content and depending on its nature will ensure appropriate actions are taken. Please find bellow the list of actions that can be taken, in order to enforce our moderation rules:

• Content warning - our platform will flag any upload containing visual content that is unsuitable for general public and will warn and ask viewers for consent before the content of that file is being shown.
• Content editing - the system will make sure all comments, titles, descriptions, tags, user names & their bios, etc. don't contain any text that goes against our moderation rules. This is done by analising the content and replacing all non acceptable parts of it with ***, as a way to give the author the posibility to reprahse the said content while providing clues about the non acceptable parts.
• Content removal - the system can remove any visual content and it's details, any comment or user profile related information whitout warning if severe violations of our platform's rules are detected or reported by other users.
• Temporary suspension - this action can be taken against those users (registered or not) who break our platform's rules for the first time, if the said rule breaking is not considered a sever one.
• Permanent suspension - this action can be taken against those users (registered or not) and any other identity they migh use in order to avoid suspension, who repeatedly break our platform's rules or commit a major violation of our platform's rules.

Depending on the nature of the content analised, several actions can be taken at the same time.

If you feel you've been wrongly suspended for your activity on our platform, some of your content was wrongly moderated or have any question our rules and moderation, please feel free to contact us.

We respond to copyright complaints submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). You can submit a complaint, or a counter-notice if your own content was removed by mistake, using our report form. Before you submit a copyright complaint, please make sure it is not a case of fair use.

A copyright complaint should contain the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform;
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;

Yes. YourImageShare provides a free public REST API for uploading, listing, and deleting images and videos programmatically, without using the website's upload form. Sign in to your account, open My account, and go to the API tab. Your key is shown there along with a Regenerate button. Treat your key like a password - anyone who has it can upload, list, and delete on your account, so only regenerate it if you believe it has been exposed, and update it everywhere it is in use first.

The API is completely free. Each API key can make up to 20 requests per minute and 500 requests per day, with an additional 2,000-requests-per-day ceiling per IP address across all keys. If you go over a limit you will get a 429 response with a Retry-After header, and the limits reset automatically. Full details are on the API documentation page.
